What is the maximum capacity?

Accepted Answer

250-300 guests.

Question 2

Is the venue available for year round rental?

Accepted Answer

We are a seasonal venue and open from the beginning of May through the end of October.

Question 3

Are you allowed to just rent the venue?

Accepted Answer

We provide all of the catering for our weddings and other special events, and as such do not rent out the venue.

Question 4

Can we decorate the space?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you are allowed to decorate as you wish to make the space your own. However, we do not allow confetti. We prefer you hang decorations with florist wire, zip ties or string. Decorations may be hung on the pavilion walls with permission from our staff. Candles are allowed in the pavilion.

Question 5

Do I need event insurance?

Accepted Answer

For our weddings we do require Liquor Liability insurance. Information can be provided from our insurance agent.

Question 6

Does the venue have AC/Heat?

Accepted Answer

During the fall months we provide tent sides, overhead heat and patio heaters included in the rental fee for your event. We also have a propane blow heater as a rentable item if needed for extreme conditions. In summer months there are fans throughout the pavilion.

Question 7

Do you provide alcohol?

Accepted Answer

Our facility is BYOB. We work with local beer distributors that can deliver the beer prior to your event, or you are welcome to bring your own. If you are having a full bar, there must be a RAMP certified bartender serving the alcohol. If you are unable to find one, a RAMP certified bartender can be provided for an additional fee.

Question 8

How do I secure a date?

Accepted Answer

A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure a date.

Question 9

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

In the event of a cancelled event, the deposit is nonrefundable. Weddings are required to pay the full rental fee if the event is cancelled after the contract is signed.
